Summary Essential Responsibilities Review customer specifications and develop complete techno proposals across domains (Industry, Marine, O&G, Power) Work cross functionally with Engineering, Commissioning, Sourcing, Suppliers and Global units to provide optimum Design to be best Techno-Commercial proposal Identify technical risks and put in place the mitigation plan Identify and implement measures for cost optimization Review solutions developed and identify opportunities for improvement of process, system, or equipment Drive lessons learned, best practices and standardization Identify and propose improvements in processes, tools, system solutions and technologies, rolling out improvements when agreed with leadership team Responsible for ITO process compliance and Conduct TRA, TCP Experiences in Power Systems, AC/DC Drives, System Engineering for MV Drives, Motors, MV Switchgear, Transformer, Cabling & Automation systems. Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor\'s / Master\'s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering. Minimum 15 years of Industry experience 10+ years experience in the role of Engineering / Application Engineering for Industry or any other domains for solutions based on Variable Speed Drive System and Automation Must possess strong technical background and the ability to discuss complex technical requirements with customers Ability to multitask and change priorities based on business needs to consistently meet and exceed customer expectations Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills Capable of working with multi-disciplined international team with good personal organization skills.
