Department Overview

Global Treasury Management (GTM) Fraud DSO will be part of GTM FPO team which build strategies to protect customer of Fraud attacks through analytics, investigation and other support channels. . The team drives detection strategies, loss reduction, optimization of business rules and KPIs management for our Fraud attacks.

The analytics team is deeply embedded with our GTM teams and internal partners, ensuring we stay directly aligned to the objectives of the business

About the Role:

The role will support key strategic priorities for Fraud analytics and will have more specifically following key components

  • Develop and refine business Rules to improve Fraud detection, false positive rate and customer experience on Fraud
  • Develop advanced analytic solutions to augment Fraud channel monitoring such as ATO or third party fraud.
  • Perform strategic ad hoc data analyses to support key business decisions
This role will be responsible for partnering across the GTM FPO teams to understand work flow, priorities on immediate vs long terms solution needs, develop suite of design and algorithms to deliver deep data insights into simplistic work flows. This role is strategic is nature and will require significant experience in data and analytics- more preferably in TMPS product & services, sales analytics deep Transaction mining on TMPS products

Responsibilities:
  • End to end Project management from discovery of core business problems, translation into analytic projects and delivery
  • Providing business and technical leadership to develop analytics team delivering across multiple functions
  • .
  • Perform various complex activities related to solution design on data solutions. Provide analytical support for evaluating, implementing, monitoring and executing GTM Strategy and execution solutions
  • Use analytic tools and advanced coding languages on Teradata SQL, UNIX automations, SAS etc. to mine insights deep hidden in data
  • Identify opportunities and deliver process improvements, standardization, rationalization and automations. Enhance and standardize performance analysis, reporting packages and business processes
  • Works with local and international colleagues and with internal customers, responsible for identifying and defining business requirements and catering to business needs for the team
  • Ensures adherence to data management/data governance regulations and policies
Essential skills qualifications: * Master's degree in a quantitative field such as applied math, Accounting, engineering, finance, economics, econometrics, computer sciences, or business/social and behavioral sciences with a quantitative emphasis
  • 9+ years of experience in an environment that utilizes large relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, & Teradata
  • 9+ years of experience in sales analytics, developing sales and pricing models, prospecting and sales funnel optimization
  • Must have - Experience in Treasury Management Products or Commercial Banking
  • 9+ years of experience developing T- SQL, SAS , R and Python
  • 5+ experience in statistical modeling, predictive algorithms and optimizations
  • Partner Management experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Desired Qualifications: * Languages: T-SQL, PL/SQL, SAS,
  • BI Tools: Oracle BI, Power BI, SSRS, Tableau
  • OS: MS Windows
  • Commercial Banking experience { TMPS is a plus }
  • Understanding Financial products, systems, and platforms
  • Applications: MS Office (Access, Excel, Word), SharePoint
