About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant for the CIB Intake & Incubation team reporting to I&P aligned Luber Josh\'s LOB

In this role, you will:

  • Procedure Preparation - convert content in existing procedures into "best practices" procedures template
  • Liaise with the business and publish procedures into a system of record ( OpenText or the Policy Library )
  • Create standardized and ad-hoc reporting on the procedure population based on requirements from the business
  • Ability to facilitate a session with several subject matter experts to update an existing or create a new procedure
  • Support landing page updates including restructuring page layouts and updating content headers based on directly from the business
  • Held responsibility for maintaining, reviewing and updating policies and procedures in line with the new guidelines and regulations
  • Ensure compliance with the risk and control governance periodically manner
  • Conduct meetings with LOB and multiple stake holders to review the content and maintain open communication
  • Experience with OpenText skills to implement solutions faster, understand advantage points and proven practices of solutions
  • Understand how other teams are using OpenText and support with new ideas and implementations
  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
Additional

Provide CIB Master Demand Reporting, specifically:
  • Collect multiple data files from business partners and input into PowerBI and run standard reports
  • Ability to quality check and reconcile the data in the files and the PowerBI reports to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Ability to create adhoc demand reporting based on requirements from the business
Required Qualifications, International:
  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Administrative Support for Policies & Procedures, specifically , or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

The offshore team is focused on supporting the governance, administration, and reporting functions of those areas.
