The Role:

As a member of the IT Service Desk, you will provide support for all technical support and IT related issues. Your primary role will be the enterprise-wide Service Owner responsible for day-to-day technical support for our Windows end-user systems. You will own and manage the desktop and laptop Windows images for the enterprise to include updating, routine scheduled updates & emergency patching.

What we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for:

M365 Architect & Administrator - SME

• Responsible for assisting in the Support group of M365 technologies as required to support business process automation build solutions within M365 environment.
• Coordinate, monitor, and support various Microsoft 365 systems and their related policies. Systems include Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and One Drive.
• Support the deployment of our Microsoft 365 strategy
• Support the ongoing operation and expansion of Microsoft Teams and other related services
• Provide Tier 3 support for Microsoft 365 services
• Maintain familiarity with various Microsoft 365 tools and train end-users on the systems
• Work cross-functionally with internal partners to maximize Microsoft 365 functionality and user experience
• Work with Azure (active directory )AD & Active Directory systems
• Support our Microsoft 365 security and compliance management, specifically anti-phishing/anti-malware/anti-spam policies/config/troubleshooting/email tracing
• MS One Drive Online administration/configuration/troubleshooting (domains, policies, transport rules, etc.)
• MS Sharepoint Online administration/configuration/troubleshooting (domains, policies, transport rules, etc.)
• Microsoft 365 Licensing administration.
• Build guardrails to follow governance at the organization level.
• In depth Microsoft 365 configuration and administration for MS Teams/OneDrive/SharePoint
• Develop future strategies for Microsoft 365 products and services
• PowerShell scripting experience
• Relevant certifications is an added advantage (SC 900, M365 Admin certification.etc )
• Technical Experience: - Must have strong technical design and deployment experience with tools in O365 Security and Compliance Center - Microsoft 365 Advanced eDiscovery, Microsoft 365 Compliance Score, Microsoft 365 Information Protection & Governance, Microsoft 365 Insider Risk Management, Compliance score, Secure score, retention policies, DLP (Data Loss prevention), ATP (advanced threat protection), alerts, content search, email and collaboration
• Maintain vendor relationships, identify areas for improvement, track industry trends, and advise Service Delivery team on equipment selection.
• Monitor and update SCCM, Intune, and relevant Microsoft Azure infrastructure and resolve issues and errors.

Experience Requirements:

• 6+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with System Center Configuration Manager and Microsoft Intune.

• 6+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with M365 products / SharePoint Online
• M365 environment building with monitoring 6+ years of relevant experience.
• M365 variety of licensing & good understanding - Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience.
• SharePoint Online architecture understanding - Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience
• PowerShell Scripting - Minimum 3-4 years of experience
• Must have done content search on projects.
• Must be skilled in advanced e-discovery, Microsoft 365 Information Protection & Governance, compliance, and secure score.
• Experience configuring device profiles with ADMX, Intune configuration profiles, SCCM Compliance baselines, and Group Policy
• 8 years\xe2\x80\x99 Experience with Azure AD, Office 365 deployment and configuration
• Experience with VMWare Vcenter virtual machine deployment
• Expert Windows Server troubleshooting knowledge

• Experience with PatchMyPC a plus
• Can work independently with minimal instruction on day-to-day work
• Ability to set priorities for and execute projects
• Exceptional problem-solving and documentation skills

• Maintain passwords, data integrity and file system security for environment.
• Communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel.
• Act as participant in the development of information technology and infrastructure projects.
• Conduct training programs designed to educate an organization\xe2\x80\x99s computer users about basic and specialized applications.
• Triage, diagnose and/or transfer work requests and incidents to appropriate groups.
• Work on complex technical issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

• Determine best methods and procedures on new assignments and will coordinate activities with other personnel. Handle the ticket backlog and day-to-day IT support activities.
• Ability to switch between Windows and Mac
• A combination of knowledge of any of the following IT platforms and concepts:

• Active Directory
• O365/Exchange
• Microsoft Office
• ServiceNow
• Confluence/JIRA
• SCCM
• Network functionality and security
• Okta/MFA
• Windows 7, Windows 10, Mac OS, Linux (RHEL)
• Any other tasks assigned by supervisor.
