The Role:
As a member of the IT Service Desk, you will provide support for all technical support and IT related issues. Your primary role will be the enterprise-wide Service Owner responsible for day-to-day technical support for our Windows end-user systems. You will own and manage the desktop and laptop Windows images for the enterprise to include updating, routine scheduled updates & emergency patching.
