Job Purpose

• Provide second-level Onsite technical Support for Pune site.
• Provide phone support for remote users.
• Ensure all assigned tickets are closed within SLA.
• Provide training to End Users on new implementations.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide second-level Onsite technical Support for Pune site.
• Provide phone support for remote users.
• Ensure all assigned tickets are closed within SLA.
• Provide training to End Users on new implementations.
• Provide IT Infrastructure support on Network, Servers and Clients
• Provide reports where required.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain priorities.
• Ability to maintain excellent end user IT service &rapport.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks due to new implementation/integration which may from time to time requested by IT Support Manager

Education

Bachelor's Degree preferred in Computer Science
