Job Summary:
Dotdash Meredith (DDM) is seeking a Senior Internal Auditor in the Internal Audit team based in Bangalore, India. The opportunity is to be a part of well-established local internal audit team in Bangalore and works closely with US Internal Audit team and stakeholders. You will be reporting to the Manager, Internal Audit India. DDM\xe2\x80\x99s global Internal Audit function performs operational, financial and information technology audits and data analytic/automation projects for IA across all of DDM\xe2\x80\x99s locations and businesses including Des Moines and New York. The candidate must be available and eligible to travel internationally (15-25%).

Primary responsibilities:
\xef\x82\xb7 Perform audit work, including plan preparation, work papers, findings, and associated reports.
\xef\x82\xb7 Prepare audit reports and work papers to ensure adequate documentation exists to support the
completed audit and conclusions.
\xef\x82\xb7 Assess, design, document and test the operating effectiveness of key controls.
\xef\x82\xb7 Conducting internal controls testing and identifying issues/gaps with respect to control design or
operations
\xef\x82\xb7 Create and maintain process documentation i.e., process flowcharts, risk and control matrix etc.
\xef\x82\xb7 Interact with process owners and stakeholders independently
\xef\x82\xb7 Identify systems, business and process improvement opportunities
\xef\x82\xb7 Assist management with special projects

Required Skills
\xef\x82\xb7 B.E/ B.Tech, MBA or equivalent
\xef\x82\xb7 Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) a plus
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong technical and auditing knowledge, including regulations like Sarbanes -Oxley
\xef\x82\xb7 Previous internal audit experience in industry (Publishing and/or Media & Entertainment industry a plus)
\xef\x82\xb7 Self-motivated, able to work independently
\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to work with US team leads
\xef\x82\xb7 Progressive thinking and strong work ethic Excellent oral and written communication skills
\xef\x82\xb7 Demonstrated "team player" characteristics
\xef\x82\xb7 Understanding of data analytics and knowledge of tools such as Alteryx, MicroStrategy, Tableau,Sisense, ACL,
SQL, SAS, MS Access a plus
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience with using Audit Management Tools a plus
\xef\x82\xb7 Must be willing and eligible to travel internationally (15%-25%)
