An overview of the position To provide instructional and program design expertise for the development of excellent and up-to-date quality digital and blended learning courses and specialised education programs in technology and finance area, with experience in developing technology courses for professionals . Responsible for understanding the requirement of a course, learner requirements the components required for effective implementation of the training program based on requirement analysis and course architecture developed, developing a prototype and lesson plans, working with vendors and SMEs for development and review of all digital and blended learning resources by adhering strictly to the standards set for instructional design and visualization of the resources.
How you will make an impact:

• Adhere to strategic product launch and development plan established for the technology and finance products
• Participate in conducting requirement analysis and market research, both formal and internal.
• Identify existing Wiley resources for base content and analyse strategies to re-design or re-purpose them effectively.
• Work towards ensuring development of high-quality cost-effective learning solutions as per the Wiley standards.
• Developing daily and project task plans with Project Manager and always ensuring strict adherence to the plans, raising necessary alerts and concerns when required
• Coordinating with internal and external team members and stakeholders, including SMEs, faculty and other stakeholders, and vendors to ensure smooth operation
• Supporting the sales team when required with demonstration of products and solution, and helping with marketing content
• Proactively research and share with team members as new technologies, learning design practices and learning methodologies evolve, and make effective recommendations that aid strategic planning.
• Keep track of market dynamics, and use the knowledge to develop market relevant products

We are looking for people who

• At least 7+ years’ experience in developing ILT and digital courseware in an EdTech or Tech Training organization
• Experience with developing lesson plans, storyboards for digital courses
• Effective communication and listening skills, strong visualization capabilities for development of effective learning resources in audio visual format
• Ability to plan meticulously, work on multiple and complex projects, strong ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Demonstrate adequate people and interpersonal skills to guide and work with in-house teams as well as vendors and teams of authors/SME cohesively towards completion of a project efficiently
