The 'Instructional Designer' is one such opportunity that requires your ability to skillfully understand and communicate the technical aspects to both highly technical and non-technical users. You act as a translator, providing users with the information that will resonate best with them based on their background.

The Requirement

As a Senior Instructional Designer, you are expected to create interactive eLearning courses and Interactive videos to boost user experience on the Engagedly platform.

• Research, outline, write and edit new and existing trainings, working closely with various departments to understand project requirements.
• Independently gather information to develop, organize and develop interactive eLearning courses.
• Develop trainings in alternative media forms for maximum usability.

Essential Requirements for This Role

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
• 2-6 years of experience on Instructional Design and eLearning Development.
• Work closely with SME s for understanding the Product.
• Identify scope, timelines, and efforts for a course content and design strategy.
• Expertise in authoring tool Articulate Storyline, TechSmith Camtasia, Adobe Captivate.
• Creative ideas to make training more appealing in terms of concepts, graphics, animations, contents & low.
• Understand functionalities and interactivities from a learning point of view.
• Basic graphic design knowledge.
• Create, manage & deliver engaging E-Learning across multiple learning styles.
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM compliances
• Maintain schedule and deliverable deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Research on various other E-Learning development products.
• Develop storyboards and concepts based on ideas.
• Write effective and engaging copy for written, audio and video scripts
• Design effective eLearning solutions.
• Manage end to end eLearning projects.

Key Skills: eLearning, Instructional Design, Articulate Storyline, TechSmith Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, and LMS.

The role mentioned above is required to support our clients in North America and hence the suggested work timings, though slightly flexible would-be IST 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.
