We are looking for an HR & Admin Officer to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department.
Implementing discipline, developing and implementing PA, monitoring all team members' activities, defining the progress path of every employee, setting process and supervising the same
Organizing meetings rhythm, maintaining a healthy and happy atmosphere in the organization
Reduce the gap between team members and leaders
HR person must be capable to motivate and inspire team members
Should be able to handle all HR & Admin activities
Employee engagement
Employee grievances
Should be proactive and should handle a team
Day-to-day admin work.
Handling attendance sheet & managing timesheet
Maintaining leave records
Manpower Planning:
Understand business requirements and prepare manpower planning in consultation with Management.
Design talent acquisition strategy and develop a system to attract quality talent in the organization.
Develop & improve selection process. Ensure on-boarding process is completed as per the time line.
Ensure right man is at right place for optimum utilization of Workforce to achieve Organizational goals
Talent Management
Design & conduct orientation program for all new joiners . Complete 30/60/90 days induction process
Review performance of new joiners during probation and provide guidance to improve on job performance
Performance Management System

HR person must be capable to motivate and inspire team members
Plan and conduct quarterly performance appraisals. Compile performance data and submit to Management. Ensure performance feedback is given to employees
Training & Development
Identify performance gaps. Convert gaps into individual development plan and develop a measurable instrument to check the performance of employee. Ensure development plans are completed as per given schedule.
Perform training need analysis to understand training needs and design training calendar. Arrange training programs as per calendar.
Develop tools to measure the training effectiveness. Take appropriate steps to improve learning.
Employee Communication & Engagement
Design HR and Administration policies according to business needs. Update and communicate policies
across the organization. Handle grievances of employees and provide appropriate solutions.
Plan and conduct employee engagement initiatives to develop sound culture in the organization. Motivate employees and take measures to reduce attrition.

Conduct employee meetings to maintain cordial relations and improve HR effectiveness

Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role
Familiarity with Human Resource Information System
