Galiakotwala & Co. is one of the pioneers in cotton trading - export and import. : The person will be responsible for the entire gamut of employee life cycle activities in the HR domain Talent Planning & Sourcing, Induction & Confirmation, HR Policy Development & Evangelizing the same, Performance Management Philosophy & System, Defining Key Result Areas for all roles, Annual Appraisal Cycle, Compensation & Benefit Review, Employee Engagement through planned touch time, fun @ work initiatives, Training Need Identification & Training Calendar Development, Alumni Initiatives etc. Desired Profile: Candidate should be a Postgraduate with a Major in Psychology or MMS/PGDBA in Human Resources, computer savvy, have excellent oral and written communication skills. Our corporate office is at Nariman Point in Mumbai and this position will be based here.
