We are currently open in one location and plan to open more shortly Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resource Executive to join our team and play a crucial role in managing all aspects of human resources for our coffee shop and restaurant chain. The HR Executive will be responsible for recruiting, employee relations, training and development, compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Selection:

• Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Conduct effective recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
• Onboard new employees and facilitate orientation programs.

Employee Relations:

• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts.
• Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture by addressing employee issues promptly and fairly.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Training and Development:

• Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Implement career development initiatives and succession planning.
• Foster a learning environment that encourages continuous improvement.

HR Administration:

• Maintain and update HR records and employee files.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
• Handle payroll processing and benefits administration.

Employee Engagement:

• Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
• Promote team-building initiatives and recognition programs.
• Monitor employee satisfaction and take actions to improve it.

Performance Management:

• Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting and feedback mechanisms.
• Address underperformance and develop improvement plans.

Policy Development:

• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure that policies are communicated effectively and consistently applied.

Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification is a plus) Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar HR role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry. In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
