A data-driven approach to effective hiring techniques 6. Planning and Strategising need for Hiring for various roles 7. Increasing the Retention Rate of Hired Candidates 8. You are tasked with conducting recruitment based on the business requirements. 9. Reporting to Stakeholders through MIS Reports 10. Managing Internal Full time recruitment and Contractual Mentor Recruitment Skills required 1. Proven experience as a Senior Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role 2. Strong understanding of an efficient recruitment process 3. Hands-on experience with job platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, Angellist, and Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media. 4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills 5. Highly Empathetic towards people in general 6.
