Job Description
Note: Work from home available for Non-Local Candidates.r r The designation involves the on boarding process of the candidates for multiple U.S based Clients. Taking care of the procedures like Paperwork, Drug Screening Test, Background verification of the candidates for the U.S based clients.
r Managing the candidate during the entire on-boarding duration and answering all their questions, if any pertaining to their job.
r Scheduling Drug tests and submitting Background checks using portals; as per the client requirement. Conducting internal verifications for employments & educations for the candidates.
r Collecting employment documents in case of employment discrepancies.
r Assisting the candidate from the point offer is sent out to completing the post on boarding.
r Hands-on Experience Required in US Talent acquisition.
