Job description We are looking to employ an Sr. HR Executive with RiskShield Insurance Broking Limited. (60% to 70% Recruitment and 30% to 40% Core HR) Experience: 2\xe2\x80\x93 5 yrs Salary: Upto 40000k per month. Notice Period: can join within 15 days. Location: Near Mitra Institutions School, Bhowanipore. Responsibilities: Developing fair HR policies and ensuring employees understand and comply with them. Maintain digital and electronic records of employees. Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques (Non \xe2\x80\x93 IT hiring). Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts. Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas. Perform orientations and update records of new staff. Produce and submit reports on general HR activity. Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews. Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices. Requirements: 2 years of experience as a HR (essential). Effective HR administration and people management skills. Exposure to payroll practices. Full understanding of HR functions and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines. Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools. Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
