We have an opening for Senior HR Executive for Narimanpoint-based Pharma Company.
We are urgently looking for a Sr. HR Executive to be based at our head office in Nariman Point, Mumbai. We are a 30+ year old well-established pharmaceutical formulations manufacturing and marketing company with head office in Nariman Point, Mumbai and factory in Navsari
Position - Senior HR Executive
Location - Nariman point, Mumbai
Work days Mon to fri from office, 2nd and 4th Sat will be working from home & 1st and 3rd will be off
Time - 9.30am to 6.00pm

1.Managing the entire recruitment process including the onboarding process.
2.Maintaining employee records, files, letters, documentation, etc.
3.Managing the leave & attendance process in Spine software.
4.Responsible for end-to-end payroll processing in Spine software.
5.Manage employee separation processes, ensuring final settlements as per the policy.
6.Ensuring timely performance appraisal reviews of employees as per the policy.
7.Complying with all statutory laws, and conducting statutory audits on a timely basis.
8.Reviewing and updating all HR policies from time to time as and when required.
9.Responsible for employees\' personal accidental and medical insurance policies and co-ordinating with insurance advisors
