Roles and Responsibilities:
- Sourcing, Screening, Recruiting and Onboarding the required Staff for the Organisation.
- Managing Performance, Appraisals, Incentives, KPIs etc. regularly.
- Soft Skills Training and Development.
- Managing Legal Compliances.
- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
- Handle Employees Grievances and Complains and settle those emicably.
- Manage day to day activities of the HR Department.
- Handle Salary, Allowances and Incentives of the Employees.
- Hiring Sales Staff across the country.
Criteria :
(1st preference -FMCG background must, 6-8 years of work experience or Pharma 2nd preference) It is a generalist +recruitment role 1st round VC/Telephonic 2nd round F2F Location : Office No. 506 & 507, B Square One Building, 5th Floor,Bopal Ambli Road, Off S G Highway Ahmedabad.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience in FMCG Sales Hiring a must.
- Background in FMCG Industry is preferable.
- Should possess in-depth knowledge about all the functions and processes of HR.
- MBA in Human Resource Management a must.
- Should be experienced in Blue Collar Hiring for Field Sales Staff.
- Should have knowledge of Establishing and analysing KPIs of the Employees of the
- Knowledge of HRIS.
- Experience of Hiring and Managing Employees pan India.
- Experience of Performance Evaluation and Management.
- Experience in Budgeting.
