Responsibilities:

  • Administration and Operation, including management of Moves, Adds, Changes and Deletes (MACD)
  • First call point of contact
  • Problem management and problem resolution
  • Change requests, additional call flows, additional lines of business, new requirements
  • Defects processing for customized functionality and integrations
  • Call flow optimization reviews
  • Schedule, develop, test and implement preventive actions
  • Documentation and training services
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in contact center technologies
  • Broad experience with Genesys Engage
  • Experience in contact center support
  • Ability to handle customer discussions effectively and interact with multiple stakeholders
Nice to have:
  • Experience with Splunk
  • Experience with Ansible
