About this role: The Exam Management Team (EMT), within the Enterprise Complaints and Remediations team (ECR), is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant. In this role you will be responsible for coordinating responses to ECR exams and testing initiatives (e.g. Audits, Control Testing, IT&V Testing, External Exams and validation) and performing quality assurance activities. You will work with ECR Leadership, LOB Executive Office Teams, Customer Remediation COE, Audit, Control, Legal, IT&V, and Regulatory Relations to ensure all requests are fulfilled accurately and completely. Additionally, you will perform quality review activities on assignments completed by others within EMT to ensure requests were accurately documented and fulfilled according to process, procedure, and control requirements. In this role, you will perform the following: Exam engagements and requests: Drive accountability for assigned requests, limit risk exposure, and engage the correct parties as appropriate to complete the requests Coordinate regulatory inquiries, examinations, internal audits, and communications including requests impacting multiple lines of business and functions Manage engagement and interactions with respective requestors. This includes preparing for, managing, tracking, and reporting on examination meetings, information requests, examinations, examination findings response management, and protection of confidential supervisory information for ECR exam activities Produce internal status reports, executive level reporting and internal presentations Prepare/coordinate meeting material, capture meeting notes and action items. Ensure action items have ownership and are delivered in a timely manner Promote and maintain a risk culture that encourages an informed, measured, disciplined, and balanced approach to understanding and managing risk Ensure timely escalation of risk issues following established policies and procedures Support other projects or initiatives as needed . Quality Assurance: Review completed EMT requests and engagements to ensure they were fulfilled in compliance with existing processes and procedures. Verify that control requirements are met, and that requests have proper review and approval Examine and research complex programs, processes, claims, documentation, or files to ensure compliance with internal company requirements or agency or government regulations Document findings and support the monthly reporting of quality results for EMT Prepare calibration score and facilitate calibrations across the team to ensure consistency of quality scores delivered to clients Provide feedback to appropriate contacts regarding identified material deficiencies or issues including identification of inconsistencies Make final scoring decisions on disputes which impact quality results Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Management consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent Experience and interaction with internal audit/testing functions Experience and understanding of Complaints Management and Remediation activities Experience with exam management activities Experience with ECMP (Enterprise Complaint Management Portal) Capability of working in a rapidly changing, highly complex matrixed environment Experience with SHRP, the Issue Management Policy, and Corrective Action management Desired Qualifications: Advanced Microsoft Office skills Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize work, process multiple tasks simultaneously, identify stakeholders, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment Proven ability to use independent judgement to drive solutions Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner Strength in speaking with candor and credibility challenging others to do and be their best Strong knowledge of the Wells Fargo risk framework highly desired Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner We Value Diversity At Wells Fargo, we believe in diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace accordingly, we welcome applications for employment from all qualified candidates, regardless of race, color, gender, national origin, religion, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, genetic information, individuals with disabilities, pregnancy, marital status, status as a protected veteran or any other status protected by applicable law.
