Company DescriptionWe help sales and legal teams to close better deals faster through intelligent contracting decisions.We have developed an AI-enabled SaaS product that combines sales enablement with legal automation to close better deals faster.We are currently looking for you as a senior fullstack engineer in our location in Surat to become part of our pioneering work.Our team is made-up by an experienced team of tech-enthusiasts as well as hacking geniuses, who have already successfully built several companies. Right now is an exciting time to join a team that is applying machine learning and cutting-edge microservices to further its development.As a senior fullstack engineer you help to develop a state-of-the-art B2B SaaS product in an agile remote product & engineering team.Cross-functional collaboration: Lead the engineering side of a product development process in which there is close collaboration with product and design teams.Test-driven development: Ensure component-based and test-driven development and own direct feedback to clients about fixed bugs.Team enablement: Develop systematic code standards and documentation that ensures quick onboarding of new engineers.Scalability: Develop architectural blueprints and data structures that ensure high code-quality and fast product evolution.Excellent communication: You excel at working remotely (proactive, reliable through commitment, driven by empathy, be fun and stay human).QualificationsRequired hard skills or willingness to learn:React (5 years)Typescript and Jest (3 years)Elasticsearch (2 years)JavascriptGraphqlServerless, Node.jsStorybook (bonus)Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) / LLM (bonus)Clean Code mentalityRequired soft skills:You are part of a customer-driven, sprint-based product development process and break down complex tasks into deliverable output (feasibility assessment, shippable feature etc.Likable, positive and can-do attitude that enables others through collaboration, reliability, mentorship and human sensitivity.Strong sense of commitment and ownership with a focus on customer-value.Profound analytical rigor and ability to communicate in a clear and structured mannerCuriosityAdditional InformationYou join one of Germany\'s most promising startups, financed by Germany\'s most renowned investors.Work locally in Surat on an exciting SaaS product.You are an important part of a dynamic team of builders.
