Senior Financial Systems Analyst
Job Description
:
Identification of enhancement requirements and issues in the loan accounting and general ledger systems to prioritize the development and fixes in close coordination with users and technology teams/ vendors.
Perform process discovery and requirement gathering through user interactions.
Create business requirement documents and prototypes to capture and validate requirements.
Work with internal and external development / integration teams to deliver the software changes.
Document test scenarios, test cases and perform first level testing and validation of changes and facilitate UATs.
Proactively drive system changes / enhancements for timely mitigation high risk issues and regulatory / statutory related enhancements.
Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development.
Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability and reliability.
Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized system integration, and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations
Ensure compliance to change control policy and process guidelines
Education: Any Graduate
