Job Description

BA Continuum India Pvt. Ltd. supports business process, information technology and knowledge process across Consumer Banking, including Card and Home Loans, Legacy Asset Servicing, Global Banking and Markets, and Global Wealth and Investment Management lines of business at Bank of America.
Client Facing Platforms Technology provides technology solutions for the Banks Digital, Online, Mobile, Contact Center and Voice, Payments and Commerce, Banking Center, and Architecture Technology, in support of Consumer and Global Wealth client-facing channels.

Individual will be part of Voice Testing team. Incumbent will be involved in voice testing in both Manual and Automation stream testing. The candidate is responsible for design, execute and automate the test scripts for various Bank IVR applications. Candidate will also involve in automation framework development, Deep technical understanding of IVR Testing, IVR test automation using CYARA, good experience in Agile Methodologies, and test automation using various tools like Selenium, Java Scripts, SOAPUI etc. Experience in agile tools like Jira, etc
Candidate will be part of Global Delivery model and responsible to apply industry proven development approaches to achieve scalable, maintainable & reusable applications.

Responsibilities*
Responsible to review requirements, specifications, detailed designs and UI documents related to the IVR call flows.
Participate on technical design documentation (HLD\LLD) for applications/enhancements.
Spanish IVR flow testing - added advantage.
Responsible for walkthrough sessions with designers\developers, test case designing, scripts fine tuning in Cyara, and E2E automation using IVR automation tools like Cyara.
Responsible for scripts design\reviews, test plan preparations, test coverage matrix preparation, data mining activities from various backend tools like BOSS, TSYS etc.
Create or modify the automation framework.
Create and maintain static data requirement. (Responders\Stubs)
Participate\host calls independently with business and development teams.
Coordinate\Triage with Dev teams on defects identified during the testing; should be able to analyze any problem during configuration\testing and act as escalation point until the issue resolution.
Responsible for creating release level test reports, KT documentations for owned modules and KT sessions within the team.
Suggest process improvements to achieve or exceed desired quality.
Work on multiple and complex concurrent tasks.
Should be willing to learn new technologies, supervise, mentor junior resources during issues.
Review requirements, specifications and other UI documents received from the stateside
Review, analyze and improve business requirements.
Participate as individual contributor as well as work as part of a globally blended team of resources (both Associates and consultants).
Should assist in the application release activities during onshore/offshore working hours.
Should identify risks/enhancements in the applications and report to proper channels.

Good knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL
Experience with Agile driven testing process.
Experience with SOAP and RESTful Web Services.
Experience with Agile Process.

Skill for writing and using reusable Java libraries.
