47 billion healthcare giant Novartis AG, headquartered in Basel (Switzerland), incorporated as a company in 2001 with the vision to centralize and harmonize all similar processes from all the 140+ countries and region offices that Novartis AG operates in across all its divisions

The associate will be an integral part of BPA Sales and S&OP team, support on business partnering, reporting & analytics and other ad-hoc activities.

Your responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Manage the month-end activities/ S&OP reporting and planning related deliverables with minimum supervision
• Collaboration with brand teams- provide brand teams with regular updates on monthly demand forecasts and collect feedback on potential deviations with explanations
• Collaboration with supply chain teams- Manage Futurcast updates (supply chain forecast) and actively collaborate with supply chain team to identify gaps and take corrective action on time
• Support 1FP process by managing PLAI validations and upkeep systems like GAIA DC, Futurcast, etc to facilitate AI forecasts
• Working knowledge of Alteryx, Qlik Sense and automation tools would be an added advantage

Minimum requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:

• CA/MBA- 3-4 years
• Proficiency in Healthcare/ Health finance/ Health technology/ Health Economy across geographies Effective Communication of Complex Models and Scenarios
• Operations Management and Execution Financial Management ,Functional Breadth
• Working knowledge of Alteryx, Qlik Sense and automation tools would be an added advantage
