Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Senior Financial Analyst based in Chennai Location
What a typical day looks like:

• Responsible for management reporting and analysis and providing insights to the finance
  leadership to make financial decisions.
• Work on complex data models, advanced analytics, data mining, and provide intelligence to
  business partners using advanced Excel functionalities, PowerPoint, and VBA/SQL automations
  among others.
• Prepare daily, monthly and quarterly executive management reports, reconciliations, and analytics.
• Ensure consistency, timeliness and accuracy of meaningful insight / information, preventing any
  misrepresentation, concealment, or omission of information.
• Create standard tools and methods of collecting and disseminating key financial data, including
  selfservicing tools such as Tableau or ThoughtSpot.
• Have strong desire and high energy to learn, adapt, and work on state-of-the-art accounting and
  financing models, techniques, methods, and processes.
• Actively participate and contribute in fCOE workstreams besides regular deliverables.
  Identify, recommend, and implement internal process improvement initiatives.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance and CA/CPA/CFA/CMA qualified professionals.
• Around 4-8 years of experience in accounting & finance covering accounting, forecasting, reporting and analysis.
• Exceptional accounting, management reporting, analytical, quantitative, functional, and teamplaying skills.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills dealing with people at all levels of the organization.
• Comfortable working with large data sets, complex pivot / data tables, and Excel macros and
  formulae.
• Expertise to understand, analyze and summarize financial data with insightful information in a clear concise manner to business partners.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, process-oriented, and organized with ability to multitask,
  prioritize, think analytically, and deliver within tight deadlines.
• Hands-on and self-directed without waiting for direction in every process/project and accepting
  responsibility for actions and results.
• Strong team player and willingness to adapt in fast-paced work environment.
• Proven ability to function efficiently in an environment with multiple and shifting priorities
• Open and flexible to any shifts
