Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to

• Consolidate and review the monthly operating results for accuracy, proper accounting treatment and compliance with internal and external control requirements. Provide excellent level of transparency on underlying business performance

• Ensure accurate and timely management reporting of HQ, STS-FRA OPS and STS-P&O markets.

• Planning cycles (TGT-LF1-LF2): Prepare pre-budget meetings with Corporate function stakeholders, Pre-align submission with Division BPA, Responsible for the submission in the planning system (multi-location, multi-market, multi-functional area), Preparation of the presentations to management and division BPA, on time, and with high quality, Ensure timely and accurate BPC submissions

• Prepare monthly summaries for Corporate functions stakeholders

• Investigate and explain major variances to budget, forecasts, previous LO\xe2\x80\x99s and prior year. Think ahead. Understand the business needs in a highly changing environment and adapt the team accordingly.

• Validation of set-up, partner-link, etc. of all product purchase and selling prices according to the pricing policy provided by HQ and the agreed supply chain set-up defined by Product Sourcing Committee. Assisting Global Funds Flow team with preparation of credit/debit notes to intercompany entities.

• Implementation of financial measures, incl. documentation of all relevant Transfer Pricing related transactions.

• Annual Product Costing Review: Annual review of all inter-company, Toll manufacturing, Double toll manufacturing and 3rd party active products with an objective of maintaining accurate costing, SCM set-up, partner links, etc
