Job Description


Senior Executive - School Project will support to Manager in the school scholarship process and plan and organize training programs for LPF Girls from School project. She will execute employee volunteering program of Corporate CSR Partners and publish reports. What Lila Poonawalla Foundation can offer you?

Key Responsibilities:
  • Senior Executive - School Project will support to Manager in the school scholarship process through scheduling, coordination and documentation.
  • Interact with the School authorities – school teachers, principals for gathering requirements. Interact with students and their parents.
  • Plan and co-ordinate the training programs/ workshops/ exposure visits for girls from secondary, higher secondary and graduation course of the School project.
  • Manage logistics for training activities including venues and training aids. Ensure attendance is marked and feedback is collected from the participants. Track and report training outcomes.
  • Coordinate with Trainers / online training providers, organize logistics, and communicate to the LPF Scholars for their enrolments. Communicate feedback summary to trainers after the training program.
  • Ensure timely updating of training software and database maintenance.
  • Work closely with Training team and Scholarship Process team for analysis and reporting progress of the training programs and LPF Girls.
  • Connect with Corporate CSR Partners through in person and on call interactions. Plan and execute employee volunteering programs along with them and share summary reports.
Qualification, Skills & Competencies:
  • Bachelor/ Master degree in any discipline with 4-6 years’ experience with a non-profit organization. Alternatively, a Corporate CSR/ HR/ Training & Development professional with a passion and commitment to work with non-profit organization may be considered.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills, presentation and customer centricity skills.
  • Advance MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Google survey, analysis & reporting tools.
  • Multitasking & Flexibility.
Other requirements:
  • LPF operates 6 days a week. The candidate should be ready to work on all Sundays; weekly off will be on one fixed working day.
  • The candidate should be willing to travel within the city and district.
