Senior Executive, Retail Services

What this job involves:
The candidate will be responsible to do market mapping on regular basis and sourcing of properties in the retail market by doing detail market coverage of brands and supplies of available space for leasing.
Setting up meetings with key decision makers and Initiate discussions to understand their real estate requirements
Manage preparation of marketing materials such as presentations, proposals etc.
Assess client requirements, initiate & maintain database, and participate in proposal discussions.
Proactively engage in business development activities for Retail leasing. Also, working alongside Line Managers and internal teams.
These activities need to be undertaken through networking, cold calling, industry seminars, leveraging the existing relationships.
Reach out to brands for their expansion in the said market, and also provide the right supply after doing successful sourcing.
Requires travel to Tier 2,3,4 cities as per business requirements. At times, there could be frequent business travel as well.

Key Skills
Support the transaction advisory team to effectively conclude real estate transactions
Ensure timeliness and accuracy of deliverables including coordination with landlords, developers and internal teams.
Ensuring optimum client service delivery and engagement - calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, follow up, timely submissions.

Minimum 1-3 years of surveying and transactions experience preferably in Real Estate
Good understanding of prime locations suitable for setting up retail showrooms and/or malls and experience in working in emerging markets in Karnataka
Proficiency in MS office. Preferably in Excel and Powerpoint
Well versed in local language- Kannada, Tamil, Hindi, Telugu and English
Holding 2 wheeler with valid license.
