What this job involves:

Daily Activities List:

a) Sourcing of properties through various resources and update the same to Retail Department , Chennai team

b) Calling / meeting the developers of their respective micro markets and collate the availability list (current and future)

c) Reaching out to the owners of the properties which are mentioned in deal tracker to get the details of leased space

d) Work with Brand and Owner to Conclude Transaction till collection is Done

Weekly Activities List:

a) Sending the updated weekly tracker

b) Collating email IDs of Investors and sharing the tracker

c) Attending the Database Team Call

Monthly Activities List:

a) Verifying the availability status of the properties and update in ML.

b) Modifying the status in ML if the property is Leased out.

Quarterly Activities List:

a) Updating the status of Under Construction projects of the respective micro markets at the end of every Quarter

b) Updating the status of BTS projects at the end of every quarter

Team work

Working with our Chennai Retail team and Retail team across the country, to support the development of new business opportunities and manage the sales administration. On top of this, you will also be working to help improve new sales reporting and our processes. Responsible for meeting individual targets is an on-going expectation.

Passion, integrity, critical thinking / analytical skills, agility / flexibility, a continuous learning mindset

Excellent organization skills, ability to independently prioritize multiple tasks and work to deadlines

Excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling development of good relationships with both clients and colleagues

Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Power Point)
