\xe2\x96\xaa Manage Attendance, Leave Records, Salary Processing and file monthly Returns
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Maintain proper attendance records of all employees. (Time Management)
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Maintain proper leave records of all employees (Leave Management)
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Salary processing of all employees and generation of Pay-Slips on time and emailing it to the respective employee. (Salary Management)
\xe2\x9e\xa2 To prepare monthly challans on PF /ESIC/MLWF portals and share to accounts and ensure timely payments (Monthly Returns Filing).
\xe2\x96\xaa Manage HR Policy Manual
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Maintain HR Policy Manual
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Communicate HR Policies to Employees
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Ensure compliance with HR Policies.
\xe2\x96\xaa Manage Personnel Information
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Ensure preparation and maintenance of individual employee files
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Maintain all HR correspondence with respect to an individual
\xe2\x96\xaa Manage Recruitment
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Manage talent attraction, selection and hiring
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Manage induction & On-boarding for new recruits
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Manage career progression
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Develop succession and career plans
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Manage retrenchment/ retirement / separations
\xe2\x96\xaa Manage employee performance measurement, reward & recognition, Employee Engagement :
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Ensure all performance evaluations (through PMS) are conducted & delivered
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Develop and manage reward and recognition programs
\xe2\x96\xaa Training & Development :
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Training Need Identification (TNI)
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Measure effectiveness of training programs
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Monitor coaching, counseling and mentoring progress of personnel
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Ensure employee well-being and satisfaction
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Manage and administer employee benefits
\xe2\x96\xaa Manage People :
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Implement HR policies and systems
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Monitor people development
\xe2\x96\xaa Administration :
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Administer Housekeeping, Security, Canteen and other facilities.
