Senior Executive - HR Operations

Role : Senior Executive - HR Operations
Responsibility :
- Handling complete Employee Lifecycle - Right from onboarding to exit formalities.
- Handling Payroll
- HR Data reporting and analytics
- Insurance Operations
- Performance Management
- BGV
- General : Handling day-to-day queries related to HRMS, Payroll, Insurance, Leaves, Policies, Employee Communication
Ideal candidate :
- 3+ yrs experience in HR ops role in some good evolved startup.
- Should be ready to get hands dirty, improve existing processes and bring new processes to increase overall HR efficiency.
- Problem solver
Tools : Any new age HRMS tool and excel
