Responsibilities –
- To handle maintenance activities (preventive& breakdown) :
o Maximize equipment uptime and analyze problems to increase productivity of mechanical equipment o Maintain HVAC/ Utilities systems o Execute modifications required for new projects and facility expansions
o Following and monitoring annual schedule of preventivemaintenance of plant equipment
o Ensure all safety permits are obtained where ever necessary
o Ensure effective planning of manpower for day to dayactivities & inventory for regular shift activities
o Inventory control for maintenance work carried out regularly
o Following and monitoring the cGMP/ GEP and ensuring thesafety compliance in Plant Engineering
o Maintenance and usage of equipment/instruments as per SOPsand general housekeeping norms.
o Filling of all the documents and records as per the standardoperating procedures
- Maintainrecords, data integrity , safetycompliance & resource optimization :
o Maintainstrict data integrity and adhere to all related policies
o Understand & adhere tosafety norms
o Optimum use of resources(eg. Consumables, etc). Do It Right the First Time.
- Ensureskill development of self :
o Enhance knowledge in the work area through formal andinformal means of learning
o Focus on developing behavioral competencies throughbehavioral workshops and feedback discussion with manager
