• Job responsibility includes floating of enquiry, obtaining quotation and preparing comparative statements, negotiations, finalizing the supplier and order placement.

• The nature of job includes procurement, planning and scheduling of materials.

• Project Procurement activities including purchase of capital goods / equipment and construction materials etc.

• Market research for new materials and development of new sources.

• Receipt and Verification of indents.

• Negotiation and recommendation, getting approval from the competent authorities.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Preparing purchase Orders through ERP System and coordinating with suppliers & indent and maintenance of relevant records.

• Negotiation & Procuring at the least price without compromising the desired Quality.

• Keep tracking of Material ordered and received.

• Locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales.

• Control purchasing department budgets.

• Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability.

• keeping contract files and using them as reference for the future

• To keep all records as per ISO norms.

• Expediting and ensuring materials on time.

• Preparation of MIS.

Qualifications / Requirements: To work effectively as a Executive/Senior Executive - Purchase, you need to have Experience : 3 Years Education : Any UG (or) PG Degree Industry Type : Manufacturing/ Industrial/ Production/ Machinery Function Area : Purchase (Purchasing transaction minimum of Rs.30 crores Skills Required:

• English, Tamil & Hindi communication is essential.

• Ability to Maintain the record information accurately

• Good written and oral communication skills

• Good computer related skills

• Good interpersonal skills

• Experience in ERP is preferable.

• Strong responsibility, self-motivated and should work under high pressure

• Flexible, patient and solution-focused
