Job Summary (Brief overview on the scope of job responsibility):
- Coordination with Technical Team/Client
- System maintenance such as IBMS, Summary report preparing.
- Attend to clients\' enquiries.
- Communicate with technical team & CS team for Report Reviewing activity;
- Communicate with Manager regarding Evaluation of Products/labels
- Coordinate with local and overseas clients, and vendors.
- Summary report preparing.
- Attend to clients\' enquiries.
- Coordinate with local and overseas clients, and technical team
- Coordinate with local and overseas clients, and vendors.
- Coordinate with Manager - Labs/Clients for all testing related activities.
- Sample control and file keeping
- Sample control and file keeping to client and follow up to match the TAT
