Short Description

Responsibilities

- Ensure the appropriate design and execution of clinical studies in cooperation with Key Opinion Leaders and trial sites.
- Support to manage end to end clinical study process which includes coordinating and verifying information with relevant party including investigator qualifications, training, resources, facilities, laboratories, equipment, staff, etc. Conclusion of joint research agreement, transportation of equipment, payment of research expenses, etc.
- Perform literature research and information gathering. Stay abreast of latest trends in the medical developments and build and maintain a knowledge database of most relevant pieces of research, as well as ensuring awareness creation within the organization.
- Assist the clinical research site\'s patient recruitment and retention success and offering suggestions for improvement.
-Share outcome of clinical studies with the organization and give clear recommendations in terms of deployment toward the scientific community and potential claims to be used for marketing purposes.
- Assist to plan & hold academic symposiums in collaboration with Key Opinion Leaders.
- Participate and support during Congresses and Events.

Education & Experience:

- Minimum education: Higher vocational / professional education (Bachelor Degree).
- Preferred experience: 4 - 7 yrs.

Specific Skills:

- Leading project (Schedule planning, monitoring project, complete project).
- Supporting clinical study (visit investigators, trace progress, solve issues).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, well-honed interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skill
- Independent thinking, high level of initiative and the ability to interact well with physician, customers, and Key Opinion Leaders.
- Strong \'hands-on\' mentality to get things done in an effective pragmatic approach.
- Respecting deadlines in execution and deliverables.
- Strong Microsoft skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
