Set up meetings between client decision-makers and the company\'s practice leaders/Principals.6. Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations to understand their recruitment needs and position the agency as a trusted talent acquisition partner.7. Solution Selling: Present and promote the agency\'s services to clients, offering customized recruitment solutions that align with their specific requirements.8. Proposal Creation: Prepare compelling and persuasive proposals, RFPs (Request for Proposals), and presentations for potential clients.9. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to gain a competitive edge.10.
