We are hiring for the role of Senior Executive - Administration who will be responsible for the admin function for the west zone of Godrej Capital. Location of role - Andheri East (Mumbai) Responsibilities Office Branch - Setting up of branches and Liaison with landlord. Building Management, Vendor management and consultants Managing Statutory compliances, vendor mobilization and registration Complete office administration, visits to offices/ locations periodically Responsible for office admin infra, maintenance & repair of offices in the location Group travel management and policy implementation including managing corporate travel, ticketing & hotel bookings. Managing entire mobility/ communication including COCP connection, Data cards, landlines etc. Responsible for new initiatives rollouts across group companies and monitoring the same for constant improvement. Manage purchase & contacting, Lead vendor negotiations & establishing a sustainable, mutually beneficial relationship with them. Manage all activities related to managing Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions, event coordination and management, organizing off sites etc. Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned. Handling Housekeeping, Fire, Safety & security for offices. Responsible for vendor payments on timely basis Well versed with West geographical / business locations. Interaction with govt bodies/ entities, good in local language Qualifications Years of experience - 7 to 9 years\' experience in administrative roles. Applicant should be Graduate / Post Grad from a good institute. Should have experience of working in corporate travel management Essential skills required for the role Team Handling Customer handling Vendor Handling Travel & MICE handling Project Management Proficiency in MS office High on integrity Proficient in MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint
