Role Overview: The Global Remote Delivery Team operates in the Application Services, Client Engineering, Automation and Cyber Security space. Working at the cutting edge, we provide solutions and support services for our customers globally. Holds responsibility for achieving the Dell Technologies Bar of Excellence as the highest level of Customer Satisfaction for every customer. Acts as the trusted advisor to the customers executive team. Work collaboratively across customer key stakeholder organizations such as line of business leaders and IT decision makers. Working independently or as a team lead consulting with others as an SME. May Lead multi-functional teams at program management level and coordinates activities across multiple projects. Participates as an SME in developing internal training content and delivery. Key Responsibilities:

• Work as a Subject Matter Expert, develops knowledge and expertise in at least a single technology or application solution within a practice Required to have knowledge of Dell Technologies products, integration capabilities, and related environments.
• Prepares technical architectural and implementation design documents and works with the Project Manager to develop the implementation plan.
• Maintains awareness of existing or potential customer software/hardware situations.
• Proactively alerts Program/Project Manager and sales team of potential problems based upon working knowledge of software/hardware compatibility within the customer\'s environment
• Under the direction the Project/Program manager is the technical lead for assigned tasks, such as config, customization, migration, and integration design strategy as needed of the solution.

• 5+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree; or 3+ years with a Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree; or a Phd without experience
• Excellent understanding of SCCM\\MECM \\Intune design and administration
• Working knowledge of Mobile Device Management
• Solid knowledge, understanding and application of project management principles and methodologies
• Solid communication skills in working with the customer

Desirable Requirements

• Solid writing skills and demonstrated ability to document processes for the customer
