Job description
We're looking for an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead a group of teams in our growing UI Platform organisation. Your teams will be responsible for building, maintaining and scaling some of the most widely used core platform components and services that power user collaboration in multiple products. You'll also use your analytical skills to make sure we're solving the right problems, partnering with technical, design and product leaders to influence the direction and plan the steps to get there.

You're a leader of leaders, coaching engineering managers and architects that report to you, supporting them in their professional development to unlock their potential, and encouraging them to step outside their comfort-zone to grow and excel. You'll also play a critical role in the org's leadership team, working with other engineering managers, architects, product managers and program managers to steer the organisation by contributing to the strategy and helping determine the right problems for the teams to invest in solving.
