What you\xe2\x80\x99ll achieve

As an operation lead you will be responsible for managing day to day operation for Corporate IT Depot and acting as primary contact for customer onsite. You will work with large global customer on IT depot/warehouse operations.

You will:

  • Lead solutions and operating procedures within the group.
  • Be a subject matter expert within the group, provide guidance to junior team members and resolve any team performance issues.
  • Document all activities related to inventory management, staging, and depot operations.
  • Monitor team SLO, customer satisfaction and other performance metrics and influences their use in the long term
  • Collaborate with other IT Support groups and customer leadership team to drive service improvement initiatives and continually improve IT and user experience.

Essential Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in onsite IT support and/or IT Depot management.
  • Highly skilled in hardware, software and/or operating systems environment
  • Ability to influence others to achieve results.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills
  • Customer relationship management
Desirable Requirements
  • Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or equivalent
  • Knowledge of appropriate networks, products and protocols
