Tricentis is looking for a Senior Engineer to join the INDIA Consulting Services team. In this role, you will collaborate with our internal teams and enterprise customers to develop custom solutions targeted to address advanced UseCases of product customizations, tool migrations, and native integrations.
Additionally, you will often be involved in our customers transformation programs, providing guidance and advice as needed.
The job combines a wide range of activities with a geographically diverse customer base across all relevant industries. It provides the opportunity to deliver the best software testing products to the most demanding customers.
Senior Engineers help shape the vision and strategy of our own organization as Tricentis endeavors to harness the ideas of our workforce, collaborating cross functionally to ensure we remain at the cutting edge of Automation. We achieve this in part by assigning OKR ownership to senior members of our consulting teams. Services are provided remotely and on-site (primary travel region: India additional travel based on requirements: APAC, EMEA, AMS) and include technical deep dives, feasibility analysis, scoping and effort estimations, project management, coaching, customizations, migrations, and integrations. Collaborate with our diverse and international teams to deliver business outcomes
Preparing, conducting and summarizing Application Deep Dive Meetings during early stage of project implementations to identify and gather requirements for custom Tosca extensions
Develop the identified customizations to provide assistance in the creation of TestCases by providing business abstractions of the UI and API interfaces to enable non-programmers to accomplish test automation
Explore architectural and technical specifications of non-Tricentis products from custom integration perspective and devise strategy to develop the integrations ensuring highest-level of best practices from development perspective
Analyze non-Tricentis automation products and identify the feasibility of migrating the artifacts
Develop and extend custom migration solutions to save time and effort investment done in existing tools
Acquire and continuously scale the understanding of Tricentis tool APIs to drive and accelerate strategic joint development activities with partners and customers
Conduct enablement sessions for customers / partners around customization / migration / integration topics
Contribute learnings to any outlook/retrospective events with Customer including recommendations for future extensions and enhancements
Planning, developing, testing, documentation and deliver custom Tosca extensions
Establish strong relationship with internal business functions (Sales, Customer Success, Partner Enablement etc. ,) to ensure customer satisfaction and successIdentify, define and drive success criteria for implementation projects demanding engineering involvement
Manage services partner expectations to perform successful joint implementation for customers
Drive continuous adoption, maturity, and best practices of Tricentis custom solutions during project implementation
Identify business development opportunities within customer landscape aligned with the objective of customer success
Independent development of innovative solutions for users
Implement creative ideas to resolve implementation challenges
Drive continuous testing/delivery and agile automation at customers
