Your key responsibilities Senior WebMethods Developer

• Understand system requirements as provided in the requirements document(Business Requirement Document / Functional Specification)/ Technical Design Document
• Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance.
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code as per coding standard guidelines
• Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications.
• Unit test the developed code in the local/development environment
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle including support during System/Integration/UAT testing for bug fixes and release.
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review

• Document the code changes as per project requirement.

Your skills and experience

• 12 -18 years experience of hands-on experience on Webmethods, Oracle (SQL and PL/SQL) preferably on Red Hat Enterprise Linux Platform.
• Strong exposure to configuration and setup on Webmethods components such as Integration Server, MWS, MFT Solution (Managed File Transfer) in Webmethods Active Transfer Version, Trading networks, Adapters [OpenSSH, JDBC, MQ], Versions 10.1, 10.7
• Ability to adopt new technologies especially Cloud Environments. Exposure to Google Cloud Platform will be an added advantage.
• Working experience in end to end connectivity setup for Secure protocols such as SFTP, HTTPS, AS2.
• Strong knowledge in Security setup and certificate management in Webmethods.
• Should have worked on Host to Host connectivity platform involving connectivity with customers and systems over internet and intranet through secure channel.
• Should be well aware of optimum setup/configuration in Web-Methods Integration Server.
• Working knowledge in Application Security configuration and setup using Webmethods.

Should possess excellent debugging, issue simulation and Root Cause Analysis Skills

• Should be able to recommend solutions for Webmethods re-design/upgrade and manage the execution of the same.
• Working experience in a Webmethods version upgrade and customer migration is an added advantage.
• Exposure to strong development and L3 support processes.
• Expertise in Banking/Finance Domain , preferably client connectivity space – Min. 3 years
• Understand and promote Agile values: FROCC (Focus, Respect, Openness, Commitment, Courage)
• High analytical and technical capabilities.
• Familiar with Agile Team management tools (JIRA, Confluence)
• Excellent communications skills: ability to translate complex business processes and technical designs and concerns into easy to understand language
• Experience with distributed/multi-locations teams
• Comfortable working in multi-disciplinary, self-organised teams with functional stakeholders of various levels
• Able to control multiple assignments and to manage priorities
• Professional level of English
