Job Description
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
1) To ensure Mechanical Maintenance of Test Facility
2) To be responsible for Safety Systems
3) To document for ISO 14000 and 18000
4) To ensure Zero Breakdown at the test facility
5) To plan and maintain spare parts
6) To perform Trouble shooting and failure analysis
Experience
BE - Minimum 3 years, DME - Minimum 6 years
Industry Preferred
Automotive Industry
Qualifications
D.M.E ,B.E - Mech
General Requirements
a) Good Knowledge in Mechanical System
b) Good Knowledge in Dynamometers - Function / Assembly / Trouble shooting / Overhauling
c) Knowledge in Preventive & Predictive Maintenance
d) Knowledge in TPM
e) Experience in handling HVAC, Chiller, Compressor, Switch Panel, Air Handling unit etc.,
f) Experience in Scheduling equipment for Preventive checks
g) Knowledge in ISO 14001 and OHSAS
h) Knowledge in Safety systems
