About this opportunity

Cloud Engineer shall be responsible for supporting Cloud solution for customer. This essentially includes understanding solution (HLD, LLD), support, configuration, Integration, Acceptance Testing, customer coordination, documentation and training etc. Candidate should have deeper understanding on cloud, virtualization and related Infrastructure technologies.

This role demands positive mind-set, 24*7 support and hands on delivery experience in respective areas of expertise!

What you will do

• Ensure to priorities faults to meet SLA/WLA.
• Work within well-defined system support guidelines.
• Ensure accurate working methodology.
• Provide Planning and Design Support of Cloud.
• Handle emergencies and if required coordinate with Emergency support.
• Support Openstack solutions with multiple vendors and solutions like storage (SAN, NAS) and networking (SDN controller).Add bullet points with key responsibilities)

You will bring

• Working experience with RHOSP Cloud infrastructure and virtualization.
• Hands-on usage of Virtualization Technologies from, VMware, Microsoft, Openstack.
• Good knowledge and deployment work experience of NFVI/MANO/H-Cloud.
• Good knowledge of Cloud Devops tools Docker/Ansible/Jenkins.
• Knowledge of office software, Python programming language will be an additional advantage.
• Good communication skills with good command of Written and spoken English.
• Understanding of Operating System - RHEL, SUSE, CentOS etc. (At least one of them) and Security (SELINUX).
• Redhat Openstack Certified and deployment experience of RHOSP
