You will
- 2nd Level Assurance Support Activities, Incident Management.
- Problem Management.
- System Administration.
- 2nd Level Billing Operations.
To be successful in the role you must have
- Good Understanding of Telecom Theories and Fundamentals.
- Understand network and technology evolutions from IN perspective including converged networks.
- Relevant experience in IN domain with Exp on IN protocols like INAP, CAMEL, Diameter.
- Knowledge on E// Charging system is must.
- Experience with IN Nodes like Minsat, EMA, EMM, SDP, CCN, IVR, VS, AIR, CRS.(List key qualification needed)
- Qualification - Any engineering with 4 - 7 years of experience
