Title: Senior Engineer - Network Location: Pune Job Purpose Statement: Senior Engineer – Network that provide technical expertise for small to large complex customer environments. They act as technical subject matter experts for complex customer environments. Build customer relationships in order to understand unique customer needs and provide technical expertise and a comprehensive understanding of customer environments. Key driver of increased customer satisfaction and opens the door to new business opportunities Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of end to end implementation of solutions and achieve successful implementation within proposed Project timelines.

• Implement complex solutions desgined by Solution engineers. Understand/discuss solution with customer and internal technical Teams.

• Build customer relationships to gain a deep understanding of business and technical requirements.

• Provide customers with technical guidance that is based on strong technical skills and informed by the customer’s needs.

• Act as a tier 2 subject matter expert and assist for operational support staff for escalations. Communicate the customer’s needs and expectations to internal SunGard teams, assist in architecting solutions, documenting complex procedures and planning maintenance activities. Act as an escalation point to lead troubleshooting and problem remediation activities.

• Help with technical documentation /process documentation creation for technical teams.

Qualifications and Professional Membership:

• Graduation/Post Graduation in Any Specialization

• Any one of Cisco Certification – CCNA/CCNA security etc

Technical Competencies (Experience and Knowledge):

• Knowledge of routing Protocols- RIP,EIGRP,BGP,OSPF

• Knowledge of switching and protocols-VLAN,VRP,STP,RSTP,PVST,vPC,OTV,HSRP

• Routers: Installation and configuration- Cisco ASR9K/ASR1K, Cisco 2800,3800,3900,7200 juniper M & MX series

• Switches: - Installation and configuration- Cisco Nexus 9K,7K,5K,2K Cisco 6500,4500,3750,2960,

• Installation and configuration - Firewall: ASA & checkpoint

• Knowledge of VMware components and basics

• Cisco ACI/APIC Controller

• Knowledge of VMware NSX – configuration

• Load balancer : F5 BIGIP (LTM as a beginner) & Pulse secure- Configuration

• Knowledge of Ticketing tool : Service now
