Responsibilities

• Azure Networking- VNets, NSG, VNets Peering, load balancer
• Configuration & Management of Meraki devices (MS switches, MX security appliances & MR access points)
• Configuration & Management of various network devices and services, preferably Cisco (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls), Palo Alto (Firewalls), Cisco ISE, Cisco Prime.
• Strong skill sets in identifying the network related problems & troubleshooting
• Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including patches, and security configurations
• Understanding of network protocols like FTP, TFTP, NTP, SNMP, DNS, DHCP, SIP etc.
• Good understanding of high availability fundamentals (HSRP, VRRP)
• Hands-on experience on Cisco ASA/Palo Alto firewalls/ FortiGate/ Checkpoint Firewalls
• Mandate experience on Palo Alto & Cisco firewalls.
• Hands-on experience of LAN switching technologies: Catalyst, Nexus, Meraki
• Expert Knowledge of VPN technologies and IPsec and GRE protocols
• Knowledgeable in BGP technologies, Ethernet links, MPLS etc.
• Experience in designing, building and or maintaining QoS enabled LAN and WAN networks
• Implement change requests as per business needs on Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Wi-Fi access points, Wireless LAN Controllers & VoIP systems
• Good understanding on the usage of monitoring tools, Wireshark, PRTG etc.
• Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning
• Strong Knowledge of VOIP services
• Strong Knowledge of Wireless Technologies
• Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company's security team
• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
• Deep understanding of networking protocols
• Resolving tickets within the committed SLA
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Good Documentation skills
• Strong Knowledge in Information Security concepts aligning to ISO 27001 standards
• Willing to work on rotational shifts
• Good communication skills (Oral and written)

• Engineering/Science graduate with at least 5 + years of relevant Networking experience or 6 + years of experience with a 3-year diploma
• CCNP (at least two papers) / CCSP/ CCDP (at least two papers) or equivalent Cisco certification. Cisco Meraki & CCIE will be added advantage.
• Certification on PCNSA or PCNSE.
• ITIL- preferred.
