Technical Lead, Network Administrator This position is responsible for maintenance, operational support, and issue triage of customer facing and internal data networks, network security, WAN connectivity. Purpose and Objective . Work in tandem with our operation teams and cloud teams to identify and implement the most optimal cloud solutions for the company . Provide in-depth knowledge and experience on infrastructure network platforms and services . Define and document best practices and strategies regarding infrastructure development and maintenance . Responsible for ensuring efficient operations of Cloud OT infrastructure that meets all committed SLAs (Service Level Agreements), focusing on network and firewalls management . Managing cloud environments in accordance with company security guidelines Key Performance Indicators . SLA performance on OT environments . Customer satisfaction for the respective area of responsibility (network) . Development and maintenance activities delivered in time with quality Core Areas of Responsibility/Accountability . Provide hands-on design, deployment, support and operations for Cloud Networks and firewalls . Troubleshoot incidents related to networks and firewalls, identify root cause, fix and document problems, and implement preventive measures . Employ exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to see and solve issues before they affect business productivity . Preserve assets by ensuring CMDB compliance, implementing disaster recovery, backup procedures and information security and control structures . Write and maintain documentation describing changes and modifications . Ensure efficient operations of Cloud OT infrastructure that meets all committed SLAs, focusing on network and firewall-related elements . Represent Company in a positive, professional manner when working with both external and internal customers . Support and adhere to Company\'s Code of Conduct and Ethics Policy . Perform other duties as assigned or required .
