Introduction

This position is for a characterization Engineer for a high performance Center of Excellence (CoE) group working on IO, Analog, Memory, and Standard cell IPs. The successful candidate will be working in a team with a problem solving and open culture. The work also entails cross-team and cross-geo collaboration to achieve organizational goals.

Your Job:

Characterization experience with different industry standard tools (Experience of generating NLDM, CCS, ECSM views with validation)

Experience with characterizing IOs and Standard Cells using Industry Standard tool flows is required

Experience with characterizing Analog blocks is highly desired

Industry standard flow methodology development experience is a certain plus

Works towards innovation/ new ideas

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters(preferred) in Electronics Engineering or related discipline

Should be flexible and a team player

Fluency in English Language - written & verbal

Creative, out-of-the-box thinker with a high level of personal involvement

Able to work in a multi-cultural environment

Knowledge of basic CMOS circuits

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of one or more of the following preferred - Perl, Tcl, Python
