What you will do: EMI-EMI Simulation Specialist role is to support the Stryker product development teams, primarily in the field of Signal integrity (SI) / Power Integrity (PI) analysis, EMI/EMC simulation at the components & assemblies of Stryker products. This individual will work closely with various teams of Stryker to identify the opportunities for electromagnetic simulations in the entirety of the product development cycle. This individual will Interact with design engineers, principal engineers, simulation experts in India and overseas, in the board level (SI / PI / EMC / EMI) and system level (CE/RE/ESD) simulation planning to accelerate the electronic product development. He/She will Interact with the various product development teams and understand the requirements for SI / PI / EMC / EMI / Motor simulation Work with the design teams to create SI / PI / EMC / EMI analysis plan Perform the SI / PI / EMC / EMI analyses using the commercial tools, e.g., ANSYS, Mathwork and Cadance Model preparation, Pre & Post layout analysis and the interpretation of the results . Verify the results for accuracy and convergence Validate the analysis results against closely equivalent international standards, experimental results or analytical solution as available Develop methods, tools, and procedures to shorten the SI / PI / EMC / EMI analysis time for complex problems Create analysis reports, reference manual and lessons learnt document Participate in simulation workshops, forums, training & conferences both internal & external What you need: Education Qualification of Bachelor\'s/MS degree in EE, Electronics or Instrumentation related discipline & 4-6 years of work experience Should have solid background in electrical stimulation. Experience in Digital/Analog/Mixed/High speed signals, multi board simulation, Motor simulation, thermal simulation and battery simulation. Good knowledge of interfaces like DDR2/3/4, RS232/422/485, SPI, I2C, NAND/NOR Flash . Knowledge on signal integrity, Power Integrity, EMI/EMC, Motor simulation Requirement Should be aware of signal integrity issues i.e. effects of packaging, board parasitic, crosstalk, noise, grounding and shielding etc. Should have knowledge of power integrity issues like IR drop and decoupling analysis. Should have good experience on board thermal management. Should have experience in simulation of different types of motors including PMDC and BLDC motors. Good knowledge of system level simulation like Radiated emission simulation and conducted emission simulation and ESD simulations Knowledge and experience in battery simulation would be an added advantage. Should be having hands on experience on simulations tools such as SI Wave, HFSS, Maxwell, Icepak, MATLAB/Simulink/Simscape. Knowledge of EMI/EMC testing and Certification. Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills. Effective interpersonal communications skills.
