Job Purpose The SSRS Developer (Reporting Services Developer) position requires the ability to read and write complex queries, ability to create database objects (tables, views, stored procedures, user-defined functions) and modify existing reporting content. To perform this job successfully, an individual would need to be able to understand complex business processes, gather requirements, work efficiently and verify their results. Key Accountabilities Degree - preferably in IT/Engineering, Master/Bachelors in Science 5+ years of overall experience which includes SQL Server, SSRS, ETL Tools like SSIS, PowerBI. Experience developing end to end reporting solutions including requirements gathering, analysis, data modelling, solution design and development. Develop, optimize SQL server queries to efficiently and quickly retrieve data. Create and design best-practices, data warehouse solutions that support business reporting tasks. Actively participate in project assigned for the team during complete project lifecycle. Experience working with Business Stake Holders / Executives & Sr Leadership. reviews. Validate report functionality with internal staff/end users. Working with customers through a customer advocate to develop new report requirements, changes to existing reports, and identify reporting errors. Collaborate with internal QA on customer acceptance testing. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Key Capabilities Degree - preferably in IT/Engineering, Master/Bachelors in Science Experience using SQL Development, T-SQL , SSRS,SSIS, SharePoint, Tableau, PowerBI. Experience with SQL Server - Strong command on SQL Queries, Triggers and Stored Procedures. Good Analytical skills - ability to understand requirements, identify solutions, design and implement the same. Ability to Explore, recommend, adapt and implement new tools as per the org need. Microsoft SQL Server 2012/2014/2016/2017/2019/2022 Database Platform. Knowledge And Typical Experience Quality, Schedule and Cost conscious. Go-Getter, hand-on as well as team player. Multi-task and prioritize. Shows adherence to compliance, standards & processes of the organization and team.
