Citrix Share File Implementation and Configuration Storage Zone Controllers & Connectors. Ever greening, updating Citrix products to the latest version. Escalate software bugs to vendors. Performance optimization of Citrix environments. Participate in projects, deploy/update virtual desktop environment content, and engineer scripts, to enable all image components and customization to be integrated into client-specific images in a fully automated and unattended manner by following standard processes Create images and test them to ensure they are engineered to user\'s specifications Troubleshoot, resolve and track engineering issues found with the images Produce all required documentation including engineering documents, test plans and their results Support application engineers in troubleshooting application issues Ready to work in shifts (including night shift) on rotation basis Participate and adhere to Change Management and other ITSM processes. Work with Multiple teams to arrive at a problem resolution. Additional Responsibilities Engineer solutions for OS and virtual desktop customizations, using scripting and standard vendor tool sets Interface with internal resources (e.g., Engineering, network team, storage team, database team, SCCM team, etc.) Provide process and tool set improvement/issues feedback Manage workload, report on status and proactively escalate issues Provide technical support to other team members as required Train and guide new resources. Key Business Expertise Advanced knowledge of Citrix NetScaler, CVAD Advanced knowledge of Microsoft windows 10 / Windows 2012R2/Windows Server 2016/Windows 2019 Advanced knowledge of PVS Advanced problem solving and troubleshooting. Microsoft File and Print Services Advanced understanding of GPOs affecting client devices (local and AD) Advanced knowledge of Windows OS customization Knowledge of Microsoft OS deployment methods & Patching Knowledge of PowerShell Scripting & Network Traces Knowledge of driver installation and hardware support within Windows operating systems. Knowledge and Expertise on Microsoft Hypervisor, HCI Stack, Azure & VMware Citrix Cloud & Azure Cloud Services. Citrix Application Layering. Advanced knowledge of Citrix Policy and Personalization. Citrix Workspace Environment Management. Candidate profile 8+ years Citrix NetScaler, CVAD implementation experience 8+ years of experience in MCS, Citrix PVS, Citrix Hybrid Cloud, ADM, FsLogix, Citrix UPM, App Layering & Content & Collaboration Services (Share File) 5+ years of experience in on-prem Storage Zone Controllers, installation, configuration, migration, integration with SSO. 5+ Years of experience on GPO activities (local and AD) 5+ years of experience in Certificate handling for Net Scalers, Share File, Storefront. 5+ Years of Experience on optimizing Virtual Desktop environments Excellent ability to communicate clearly and effectively Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines Ability to work independently and remotely, interacting with a distributed team Ability to follow procedures and escalate problems in a timely manner Microsoft & Citrix certification Degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent Good English (speak and writing).
